-AIL Plus card: If you had a meeting with us please allow 72hrs to receive your email that will include your Group and Member ID number. If you do NOT receive that email you can call 1-800-495-1213 and let them know you have not received your email yet and would like to get setup.
Once you have received your email, go to: https://ailplusmembers.com to create a member’s portal. There is also an app you can download on your smart device. It will be the blue app with white and green letters. "AIL PLUS"
